Having made sourdough bread fir the past 5 yrs I was distraught when I lost it my starter after a hospital stay. I bought the original starter as a replacement and I'm so impressed with it! Immediately on feeding, it sprung into action and I've have already made a couple of loaves with great success. Today's project is some discard crackers so hopefully they will ve as tasty.

Not sure what it is supposed to look like but it was very hard and as i wasnt using straight away added the water recomended and was very difficult to stir and for the dough to absorb the water doesnt look right to me
