Great quality sourdough, had a problem with the Royal Mail itself but they sorted it out very quickly and efficiently for me!
Its a little different to starters i have bought in the past as you refridgerate in a de-hydrated state and then hydrate it on use. It took me a while to get my head around the procedures to store & use it, but the result was good and the bread proofed and baked very well.
Received the starter two days after I ordered it.
