Care Instructions

Stainless Steel and Plastic Scrapers -
Wash with soapy water before use and subsequently after each use.

Bread Lame -
Keep dry and clean when not in use. Replace blades as they start to drag on dough.

The bench scraper was good. Bowl scraper not as flexible as l prefer but sturdy enough. UFO lame not to my taste as l find it rather dangerous- have cut myself opting and closing.

Day of shipping: We prepare your sourdough starter by creating a low hydration dough. It is covered in flour which acts as your first feed.

24H after shipping: You receive your sourdough starter and need to feed it immediately. Instructions included.

48H after shipping: Sourdough starter ready to be baked with.
